type='text'>It's called Mindset!!

As my friend was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from the ropes they were tied to but for some reason, they did not. My friend saw a trainer nearby and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

"Well," he said, "when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it's enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free." My friend was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn't, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before? So make an attempt to grow further.... Why shouldn't we try it again?

"YOUR ATTEMPT MAY FAIL, BUT NEVER FAIL TO MAKE AN ATTEMPT."

things to do in the elevator.....

1) When there's only one other person in the elvator, tap them
on the shoulder and then pretend it wasn't you.

2) Push the buttons and pretend they give you a shock. Find Success YOUR Way......

You’ll find that when you have a great product or service and you start to succeed people will usually come out of the woodwork that will try to take you down a peg, whether intentionally or not. When I used to mention owning my own business early on or not wanting to work for anyone but myself, people would always act the same way. They’d stare at me for several seconds with an odd look on their face and would either say, “What?! You have to have a job!” or “That would never work.” These comments don’t even make sense when you think of all the corporations and small businesses throughout the world. They make up everything we purchase on a daily basis and they all started with a single idea and grew from there. People will many times think that because they’ve worked their entire lives in a 9-5 job that that’s the only way to make a living and will gladly let you know that you’re wrong for thinking you could start and run a successful business. No matter how much they tell you this nonsense, you have to ignore them and understand that they haven’t opened their minds to the possibility of being on their own and supporting themselves.

Society as a whole encourages us to work hard for someone else and most teaching methods throughout school do the same. Of course there are lessons on how to run certain aspects of a business like
accounting and finance, but if you really want to learn more about specifically doing something exclusively for yourself, you’re limited unless you attend a private school designed with the entrepreneur in mind. These schools can be very expensive and, therefore, may not be a valid choice for a lot of people out there. This is another reason why so many people have built the belief system in their heads that the only way to succeed is to work year after year doing the same thing and not really moving up much or being stimulated enough to keep their interest.

The point is this: most people will never understand what it’s like to be completely free in life and to not have to worry about money or to freely do with their time whatever they choose. You can’t really blame them in a way because this is a social norm of the world. This is how society has lead us all to believe life should run and it’s nothing new. It has been going on since the beginning of time and will continue to far into the future. With the advent of the Internet, many more people have become empowered and have started pulling away from “normality,” but the bulk of the world will continue thinking the same way it always has. You have to do what is right for you and if you dream to be something more, to pull away from the rest of pack and do something on your own terms, then you will attain a level of happiness you never thought possible. Ignore the negativity of naysayers and thrive!

A courtesy of ...www.thearticleblogs.com

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://lifeisakewl1.blogspot.com/2009/03/dont-listen-to-naysayers-find-success.html' title='Don't Listen To The Naysayers! The city of Hyderabad has an estimated population of about 7 million. The city has thus been classified as an A-1 status city joining the list of other A-1 cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore.

Hyderabad is known for its rich history, culture and architecture representing its unique character as a meeting point for North and South India, and also its multilingual culture, both geographically, culturally and intellectually. Also known as The City of Nizams and The City of Pearls,[1] Hyderabad is today one of the fast developing cities in the country and a modern hub of Information Technology, ITES and Biotechnology.

Hyderabad has become a preferred conference venue in India, with many conferences and meetings taking place in the city. The city is home to the world's largest film studio, the Ramoji Film City as well as the second largest film industry in the country, the Telugu Film Industry known popularly as Tollywood. The city is also known to be a sporting destination with many national and international games conducted here. The people here are called Hyderabadis. The city is regarded as a blend of traditionality with modernity.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 298px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_uMREbFE-OCI/Sc5gGtI3AeI/AAAAAAAAAEA/yAyY8reTxig/s320/643px-Andhra_Pradesh_locator_map.svg.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5318293878283370978" />

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 276px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_uMREbFE-OCI/Sc5gYNkbntI/AAAAAAAAAEI/B1m_cwGVfyY/s320/CharminarHyderabad.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5318294179046727378" />

OS viva questions....

1) State and explain about what an operating system is?
Operating system is made up of basically two functions they are managing resources and extending the machine. Operating system gives a user interface through which he can perform various functions. It acts as a medium for communication between the machine and user.

2) Explain about what a signal is?
A signal is a software mechanism that informs a process of the occurrence of asynchronous events. It does not employ priorities but it is more or less similar to a hardware interrupt. That is, all signals are treated equally. Signals that occur at the same time are presented to a process one at a time, with no particular ordering.

3) What design and management issues are raised by the existence of concurrency?
The operating system must be able to keep track of the various active processes.
The operating system must allocate and de-allocate various resources for each active process.
The operating system must protect the data and physical resources of each process against unintended interference by other processes. This involves techniques that relate to memory, files, and I/O devices.
The results of a process must be independent of the speed at which the execution is carried out relative to the speed of other concurrent process.

4) What are the contexts in which concurrency may occur?
Concurrency may arise in three different contexts.
Multiple applications: -Processing time of the computer to be dynamically shared among a number of active jobs or applications
Structured application: - With principles of modular design and structured programming some applications can be effectively implemented as a set of concurrent process.
Operating system structure: -The same structuring advantages apply to the system programmer.

5) What is a data register and address register?
Data registers can be assigned to a variety of functions by the programmer. They can be used with any machine instruction that performs operations on data.
Address registers contain main memory addresses of data and instructions or they contain a portion of the address that is used in the calculation of the complete addresses.

6) What are server operating systems?
These run on servers, which are very large personal computers, work stations, or even mainframes. They serve multiple users at once over a network and allow the users to share hardware and software resources. Server O.S. provide various functions such as file and print service, or web service. Typical server operating systems are UNIX and Windows 2000.

7) Describe system calls for file management?
To make changes a file must be opened. This call specifies the file name to be opened, either as an absolute path name or relative to the working directory, and a code of O_RDONLY, O_WRONLY or O_RDWR, meaning open for reading, writing or both. The file descriptor can then be used for reading or writing.

8) Describe about MULTICS?
MULTICS is described as having a series of concentric rings, with the inner ones being more privileged than the outer ones. When a procedure in an outer ring wanted to call a procedure in an inner ring, it had to make the equivalent of a system call which is a TRAP instruction. MULTICS hardware made it possible to designate individual process as protected against reading, writing, or executing.

9) Describe about threads?
Different threads in a process are not quite as independent as different process. All threads share the same global variables as they have the same address space. One thread can read, write, or even completely wipe out another threads stack.

10) Describe the mechanism of upcall?
When the kernel knows that a thread has blocked, the kernel notifies the processes run time system, passing as parameters on the stack the number of the thread in question and a description of the event that occurred. The notification happens by having the kernel activate the run-time system at a known starting address, roughly analogous to a signal in UNIX.

11) Give an example of page replacement in the areas of computer design?
Majority of the computers have more than one memory caches consisting of 32-byte or 64-byte blocks of memory. Whenever a cache is full then some part of the block should be chosen for removal. This problem is precisely the same page replacement except on a shorter time scale.

12) Describe about preemptive scheduling algorithm?
A preemptive scheduling algorithm picks a process and lets it run for a maximum of some fixed time. If it is still running at the end of the time interval, it is suspended and the scheduler picks another process to run. Doing preemptive scheduling requires having a clock interrupt occur at the end of the time interval to give control of the CPU back to the scheduler.

13) Give a case situation where a scheduling is needed?
When an interrupt occurs, a scheduling decision may be made. If the interrupt came from an I/O device that has now completed its work, some process that was blocked waiting for the I/O may now be ready to run. It is up to the scheduler to decide if the newly ready process should run or not.

14) Describe about checkpointing?
Checkpointing a process means that its state is written to a file so that it can be restarted later. The checkpoint contains not only the memory image, but also the resource state, that is, which resources are currently assigned to the process. To be most effective, new checkpoints should not overwrite old ones but should be written to new files. Whole sequences of checkpoint files are accumulated due to the process getting executed.

15) Describe the two phases of two-phase locking?
In the first phase, the process tries to lock all the records it needs, one at a time. If it succeeds, it begins the second phase, performing its updates and releasing the locks. No real work is done in the first phase.

16) Explain about deadlocks in operating systems?
Deadlock is a potential problem in any operating system. It occurs when a group of processes each have been granted exclusive access to some resources, and each one wants yet another resource that belongs to another process in the group. All of then are blocked and non will ever run again.

17) Explain about the paging systems?
Paging systems can be modeled by abstracting the page reference string from the program and using the same reference string with different algorithms. These models can be used to make some predictions about paging behavior. Attention to issues such as determining the working set, memory allocations, and page size are required.

JAVA viva questions...

Q:

Are the imports checked for validity at compile time? e.g. will the code containing an import such as java.lang.ABCD compile?
A: Yes the imports are checked for the semantic validity at compile time. The code containing above line of import will not compile. It will throw an error saying, can not resolve symbol
symbol : class ABCD
location: package io
import java.io.ABCD;

Q:

Does importing a package imports the subpackages as well? e.g. Does importing com.MyTest.* also import com.MyTest.UnitTests.*?
A: No you will have to import the subpackages explicitly. Importing com.MyTest.* will import classes in the package MyTest only. It will not import any class in any of it's subpackage.
Q:

What is the difference between declaring a variable and defining a variable?
A: In declaration we just mention the type of the variable and it's name. We do not initialize it. But defining means declaration + initialization.
e.g String s; is just a declaration while String s = new String ("abcd"); Or String s = "abcd"; are both definitions.

Q:

What is the default value of an object reference declared as an instance variable?
A: null unless we define it explicitly.

Q:

Can a top level class be private or protected?
A: No. A top level class can not be private or protected. It can have either "public" or no modifier. If it does not have a modifier it is supposed to have a default access. If a top level class is declared as private the compiler will complain that the "modifier private is not allowed here". This means that a top level class can not be private. Same is the case with protected.

Q:

What type of parameter passing does Java support?
A: In Java the arguments are always passed by value .

Q:

Primitive data types are passed by reference or pass by value?
A: Primitive data types are passed by value.

Q:

Objects are passed by value or by reference?
A: Java only supports pass by value. With objects, the object reference itself is passed by value and so both the original reference and parameter copy both refer to the same object .

Q:

What is serialization?
A: Serialization is a mechanism by which you can save the state of an object by converting it to a byte stream.

Q:

How do I serialize an object to a file?
A: The class whose instances are to be serialized should implement an interface Serializable. Then you pass the instance to the ObjectOutputStream which is connected to a fileoutputstream. This will save the object to a file.

Q:

Which methods of Serializable interface should I implement?
A: The serializable interface is an empty interface, it does not contain any methods. So we do not implement any methods.

Q:

How can I customize the seralization process? i.e. how can one have a control over the serialization process?
A: Yes it is possible to have control over serialization process. The class should implement Externalizable interface. This interface contains two methods namely readExternal and writeExternal. You should implement these methods and write the logic for customizing the serialization process.

Q:

What is the common usage of serialization?
A: Whenever an object is to be sent over the network, objects need to be serialized. Moreover if the state of an object is to be saved, objects need to be serilazed.

Q:

What is Externalizable interface?
A: Externalizable is an interface which contains two methods readExternal and writeExternal. These methods give you a control over the serialization mechanism. Thus if your class implements this interface, you can customize the serialization process by implementing these methods.

Q:

When you serialize an object, what happens to the object references included in the object?
A: The serialization mechanism generates an object graph for serialization. Thus it determines whether the included object references are serializable or not. This is a recursive process. Thus when an object is serialized, all the included objects are also serialized alongwith the original obect.
Q:

What one should take care of while serializing the object?
A: One should make sure that all the included objects are also serializable. If any of the objects is not serializable then it throws a NotSerializableException.

Q:

What happens to the static fields of a class during serialization?
A:

There are three exceptions in which serialization doesnot necessarily read and write to the stream. These are
1. Serialization ignores static fields, because they are not part of ay particular state state.
2. Base class fields are only hendled if the base class itself is serializable.
3. into a bank in
New York City and asks for the loan officer.
He tells the loan officer that he is going to India on business
for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank
will need some form of security for the loan,
so the Indian man hands over the keys
and documents of new Ferrari parked
on the street in front of the bank.
He produces the title and everything checks out.
The loan officer agrees to accept
the car as collateral for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers
all enjoy a good laugh at the Indian
for using a $250,000 Ferrari
as collateral against a $5,000 loan.
An employee of the bank then
drives the Ferrari into the bank's
underground garage and parks it there.

Two weeks later, the Indian returns,
repays the $5,000 and the interest,
which comes to $15.41.
The loan officer says,
"Sir, we are very happy to have had your business,
and this transaction has worked out very nicely,
but we are a little puzzled.
While you were away,
we checked you out and found that you are a multi millionaire.
What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow "$5,000" ?

The Indian replies:

"Where else in New York City can I park my car
for two weeks for only $15.41
and expect it to be there when I return'"

Ah, the mind of the type='text'>

Attitude is everything

Frozen Thoughts

Jerry is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!" He was a unique manager because he had several waiters who had followed him around from restaurant to restaurant.

He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry was there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.

One day one of his friends asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?" Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, Jerry, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood.

"I choose to be in a good mood. Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it. Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life.

"Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line: It's your choice how you live life."

Several years later, Jerry did something you are never supposed to do in a restaurant business: he left the back door open one morning and was held up at gun point by three armed robbers. While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him. He was rushed to the local trauma center. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body.

About six months after the accident, when his friend asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins. Wanna see my scars?" His friend declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or I could choose to die. I chose to live."

"Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything.'Yes,' I replied. The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, 'Bullets!' Over their laughter, I told them, 'I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead.'"

Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. He showed that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.

Positive thinking the first step towards a happy life.

To all , who know how to solve the problems mathematically, something for you all.
Please solve it

Kirchoff's Current Law (KCL):
At every node, the sum of all currents entering a node must equal zero.

Kirchoff's Voltage Law (KVL):
The voltage law says that the sum of voltages around every closed loop in the circuit must equal zero.

Exercise :
Please apply Kirchoff's Current and Voltage laws to the following figures.
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*

<img style="display:block; He was encouraged to play cricket by his elder brother. He has 2 more siblings - brother Nitin and sister Savitai.

He attended Sharadashram Vidyamandir high School where he began his cricketing career under the guidance of his coach and mentor Ramakant Achrekar. During his early days as a schoolboy cricketer he went to the MRF pace academy to train as a pace bowler but was sent back home.'Just focus on your batting'. This simple comment would result in the birth of one of the greatest batsmen of all time.
While at school, he was involved in unbroken 664-run partnership in a Harris Shield game in 1988 with friend and team mate Vinod Kambli, who also went on to represent India. The destructive pair reduced one bowler to tears and made the rest of the opposition unwilling to continue the game. Sachin scored over 320 in this innings and scored over a thousand runs in the tournament

In 1988/1989, he scored 100 not-out in his first first-class match for Bombay against Gujarat. At 15 years and 232 days he is the youngest cricketer to score a century on his first-class debut.
Tendulkar is the only player to score a century while making his Ranji Trophy, Duleep Trophy and Irani Trophy debut. He is still considered to be one of the key players in Mumbai Cricket Team.Tendulkar played his first Test match against Pakistan in Karachi in 1989. He made just 15 runs, being bowled by Waqar Younis, who also made his debut in that match. Tendulkar followed it up with his maiden Test fifty a few days later at Faisalabad. His One-day International (ODI) debut on December 18 was disappointing. He was dismissed without scoring a run, again by Waqar Younis. The series was followed by a tour of New Zealand in which he fell for 88 in the Second Test. His maiden Test century came in next tour, to England in August 1990 at Old Trafford. This was the beginning of a period at the top of the batting world, culminating in the Australian tour of India in early 1998, scoring three consecutive centuries. These were characterised by a pre-meditated plan to target Australian spinners Shane Warne and Gavin Robertson, to whom he regularly charged down the pitch to drive over the infield. This technique worked as India beat Australia. Following the series Warne ruefully joked that he was having nightmares about his Indian nemesis

The race goes on and on and on

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 263px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_uMREbFE-OCI/SVjd40Ak35I/AAAAAAAAABE/NbQVtx1hx0w/s320/2005110700270501.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5285218130822750098" />
Don't rest on your laurels. Search for and welcome challenges in order to grow on both personal and social fronts

KEEP RIDING: Winning a race is not enough. The quest for success is a never-ending one. — Photo: AFP

This is a true story. Two decades ago, a clerk in a government office, used to reside on the outskirts of the city as he was unable to pay heavy rent. His journey to office took a minimum of an hour and his two children went to school in a rickshaw spending two hundred rupees per month. One of his friends, on his transfer offered his moped, which the clerk purchased with a hand loan. He saved the rickshaw expenditure by dropping his children at the school while going to office and paid the instalments taken for the vehicle loan.

If he had been happy with the newly found consolation, he would have lived in a self-created comfort zone as described by Sigmund Freud.
Freud's principles

Freud coined two psychoanalytical terms called pleasure principle and reality principle. The pleasure principle advocates deriving immediate happiness or avoiding immediate pain or both, at the cost of future bliss. Reality principle is postponing immediate gratification for future genuine comfort.

A person ceases to work at a stage where he thinks he is contented. But the reality is that he is not capable of advancing further and has created an artificial comfort zone. There is a thin line between satisfaction and contentment.

Suppose the lifetime desire of a person is to travel by aeroplane at least once. Due to his inability he cannot fulfil his desire. If he completely forgets the desire it is called contentment. Contentment is `happiness without any further desire'. Many people chase the desire but name their incapacity (or laziness) as contentment. One may ask: What is the alternative? One should locate his untapped resources and develop the physical or mental energies to satisfy all possible desires.

The chasing shark

The Japanese love fresh fish. But the waters close to Japan do not have many of them. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to return with their dead catch. To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on their boats. However, the Japanese could taste the difference. So fishing companies installed large fish tanks in the boats and would stuff the live fish in them. They were alive but because they did not move for days, they lost their fresh-fish taste and it was a big problem for the fishing companies. So how did they solve this problem?

They now add a small shark to each tank. The shark eats a few fish, but most of the fish arrive in a very lively state, because they are `challenged'.

The clerk in the earlier example, after purchasing the vehicle, found more leisure time in the morning and evening, as he could avoid the bus journey. With the money that he earlier used to pay for his children's travel, he rented a small room and started tutoring students. He found his hidden capacity as a tutor and soon became popular in the locality. At this stage he found that his revenue from two hours of coaching each day was equal to his eight-hours-a-day office salary. He resigned.

He is now a multimillionaire and owner of many prestigious educational institutes in Karnataka.

As soon as we reach our goals, such as starting a successful company, acquiring some assets, we loose our passion. We think that we don't need to challenge our life further and can relax. Instead of avoiding challenges, enjoy them. The more intelligent, persistent and competent you are, the more you enjoy a good problem. You have fun. You are alive! If you have met your goals, set some bigger goals. Once you meet your personal or family needs, move onto goals for your group, society, even mankind. Don't sleep on success. Had Einstein or Edison taken rest after their first invention, we would have lagged scientifically.

Recover Ur Happiness

Recover Ur Happiness

A--Accept

Accept others for who they are and for the choices they've made even if you have difficulty understanding their
beliefs, motives, or actions.

B--Break Away

Break away from everything that stands in the way of what you hope to accomplish with your life.

C--Create

Create a family of friends whom you can share your hopes, dreams, sorrows, and happiness with.

D--Decide

Decide that you'll be successful and happy come what may, and good things will find you. According to the breathin development specialist Michel Grant White, There is right & wrong way of breathing.
When a baby is born,He or she uses the lower abdomen to inhale and exhale. This is what is known as natural breathing. However,at some point in our lives we begin to breath using the upper chest . this produces shorter , more strained breaths.
In times of stress our heart rate increases the muscle in our abdomen area tense up and so again we start shallow breathing.

SHALLOW BREATHING

Not breathing deeply and taking a more relax breath can actually cause us health problems.

“Breathing incorrectly can produce Tension , Exhaustion, and Vocal Strain, interfere with athletic activity and encourage aches And Illnesses ( such as asthma, bronchitis And Depression),”

Breathing oxygenates every cell of our body , from your brain to your vital organs.Without sufficient oxygen , your body becomes more susceptible to ailments.

On the other hand, deep breathing promotes good health as it raises the level of oxygen and stimulates the digestive process. And you will feel like you have more energy. In order to get back to natural or Belly breathing we need to consciously monitor our breathing techniques.

DEEP,RELAXING BREATHING

You should fill your lungs more deeply “by lowering the diaphragm muscle by expanding the abdomen. When this happens, the lungs elongate and draw in air.you don’t breath into the abdomen ;you allow it to expand confortablyall around its circumference-back,sides and front.

“when you inhale, imagine a blossom opening within your abdomen;when you exhale, the blossom closes. You open from the center of the blossom. This is proper breathing.”

So when did your breathing habit start to change a wrong habit picked from childhood.

To get into the habit of inhaling and exhaling correctly , you need to ideally spend about 20 minutes a day focusing upon your breathing. YOGA & MEDITATION ARE THE GREAT WAYS OF REGULATING YOUR BREATH.

LEARN TO MEDITATE

The good thing about meditation is that it can be practiced almost any where, it is also an effective stress reliever.
In Meditation you should try to consciously control what you are thinking about, banish all thoughts of what you might be doing later in the day. To help, try to visualize an object in your mind, when other thoughts enter our mind, push them out. Then follow the breathing steps given in the SECRETS OF OPTIMAL BREATHING in oder to maximize your overall wellbeing.

Nature

Don't You feel .... by looking at these pictures.....that you should b enjoying them live instead of just seeing these photographs??? Enjoying the wonders that exist in the world around you may bring you a sense of joy, happiness and fill your heart with a new sense of feeling, knowing that because you are also part of nature, the peace that you experience in the beauty around you is also an essential component of who you are. Maybe spending time in the woods or around the green trees , by the sea, along a mountain trail or on the beach today can put you in touch with who you truly are and who you truly can be and want to be......As you are in your natural environment take a few minutes to close your eyes and forget ypur daily life and with each breath try to imagine your body, mind and skin expanding and dissolving to become one with the trees, grass, water or air that surrounds you, and you may notice that this increases the sense of unity that you have with nature.

The Cool quality of the natural world is a reflection of our souls. Since so much of our lives are spent enclosed in concrete structures, it is easy to forget just how much a part of this earth we really are. When we expose ourselves to the coolness, tranquility and peace that resides in nature, however, we become more closely aligned with our spirit, for we are much more able to access the part of ourselves that is wild, free, and pure. Connecting to the environment today will nourish your spirit, revitalize your soul, and bring you true delight Of Yourself .
